At Victory Fitness, we try to use a very simple set of principles. They are the "ICAN" principles. Not only is "I CAN" something you should be saying to yourself, but "ICAN" is something you can do on a daily basis. If you start feeling down, upset, challenged, frustrated, discouraged, or afraid, I want you to remember the "ICAN" principles.
I - Imagine and believe in your own success. You have to remind yourself that you can do it.
C- Challenge yourself daily. You never quite figure your limits until you test them.
A- Always give your best effort. Leave any situation knowing that you did all you good and be satisfied with that.
N- Never give up. No matter your goal, there's going to be set backs. Don't stop, stay focused and finish.

(positive movement) group training series. This series of evening classes are designed to give you all the benefits of fitness (more energy, healthier life, destress, weightloss) without all the headaches of solo training (no accountability, boredom, backing off early, lack of attention).
